I started working in the mental health field in 2010 and have been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2014. My background includes work with individuals and families across various settings, including wilderness therapy, residential substance use treatment, partial hospitalization eating disorder treatment, and outpatient therapy. In addition to my work as a therapist, I have also served as clinical manager and neuropsychological testing editor in various settings. 

I love living in Central Oregon, thanks to both the access to nature and the strong sense of community in Bend. I'm an avid mountain biker, skier, reader, novice backpacker, and a proud mom to two wonderful daughters.

As someone who is continually learning to embrace flexibility, openness, and presence in my own life, I can attest that this work is a worthwhile pursuit. I enjoy helping clients acquire new skills, feel more socially connected, and recover from difficult life experiences. In my work, I am constantly in awe of the resilience of the human spirit and people's capacity for growth.
